A complaints procedure allows for both formal and informal complaints. Informal complaints will be dealt with quickly, while formal complaints can be made in writing. Our full compliments and complaints policy is available here or on request. This policy is designed to help you raise concerns and ensures your complaint will be listened to and dealt with fairly.
